TRAINING - Dowaine Giraud Dairy Promotion Scholarship

Dowaine Giraud, a lifelong family farmer, believed strongly in dairy promotion. So much was his passion, that he was widely recognized throughout Wisconsin as well as the United States by the work he had done in promoting the dairy industry. At the time of his death, Mr. Giraud was the President of the Wisconsin Milk Marketing Board, Second Vice-President of the United Dairy Industries, and Chairman of DRINK: Dairy Research Incorporated. The scholarship in his name serves to recognize his passion for the dairy industry and dairy promotion.
